What we deliver:

Our inventory changes daily due to new parts being disassembled.
Brands we frequently dismantle: Volkswagen, BMW, Opel, Ford, Peugeot, Audi, Mercedes, Renault, Toyota, Volvo, and other popular brands. If your brand isn't listed, please feel free to ask.
Shipping and collection
Shipping throughout Europe is our standard. Small parts are shipped via parcel service with track and trace. Large or fragile parts such as bumpers, windows, and engines are packed extra securely and often shipped on a pallet. We agree on your delivery address, accessibility, and any loading and unloading instructions in advance. Delivery within the Netherlands is generally fast, but within Europe, the delivery time varies by country. Outside of Europe, delivery is possible upon consultation, depending on the type of part and customs requirements.
Pickup remains possible. We'll have the part ready at our location in Tegelen. Mornings, evenings, or Saturdays are more convenient. We'll schedule this in advance so you don't have to wait. Please bring your order confirmation when you pick up your part and check it with us.
Quality, control and clear agreements
Dismantled parts are tested wherever possible before they arrive at our warehouse. This includes functional tests for electrical components, compression or readout data for engine components, and visual inspection for cracks, leaks, and wear. We list the source as completely as possible, including the mileage of the donor vehicle if known.
Used parts may have signs of wear. We communicate this openly so you know exactly what you're getting. If the part doesn't fit, or you're unsure about the specifications, please contact us beforehand, and we'll check it for you. We make clear agreements about exchanges in case of defects upon receipt, so you'll never encounter any surprises.
This is how you request a part
Step 1. Your request
Send us the license plate number or VIN, the exact part name, and preferably a photo of the old part or the engine compartment. Please note any serial numbers.
Step 2. Match and price
We check the fit and specifications and send you a competitive price with the current condition and photos.
Step 3. Shipping or collection
Choose shipping throughout Europe or pick up by appointment. We'll pack securely and keep you updated with track and trace where available.
