Planning, logistics and equipment
We drive throughout the Netherlands and arrive with a winch, tie-down straps, and, where necessary, driving plates. Pickup is possible from company premises, workshops, or storage facilities. If a vehicle is cramped or behind a barrier, please let us know in advance and we will bring additional equipment or instructions. We can schedule deliveries quickly in the border region, and Belgium and Germany are possible upon consultation.
Price agreements and conditions
We offer transparent pricing per vehicle or a batch price for larger quantities. We agree on pickup, handling, and administration in advance to avoid any surprises. Invoices and releases are provided promptly. This is a recurring partnership. We plan fixed routes or work on-call, whichever works best for your business.
Documents and Disclaimer:
As an RDW-approved company, we process the release immediately upon transfer. Please ensure an authorized employee is present with identification. For commercial vehicles, please provide the vehicle registration card and registration code. If anything is missing, please let us know in advance; there's often a solution. After release, you can cancel the insurance and the vehicle will be administratively deregistered correctly.
Step 1. Sign up
Please include the license plate number, a brief description, the location, and 6 to 8 photos for each vehicle. For other parties, please provide a summary list.
Step 2. Planning and confirmation
You'll receive a specific quote per vehicle or batch, along with a suggested collection schedule. We'll coordinate time slots and location instructions.
Step 3. Collection and release
We load safely with suitable equipment and handle the RDW clearance on-site. Administration and billing are handled as agreed.
